The JG CoLab Resource Library
These tools are starting points—frameworks, prompts, and practical guides to help you begin building trauma-informed systems and healing-centered spaces.
They’re meant to spark clarity, not replace collaboration. We're ready to co-create with you if you’re ready to go deeper.
Start here. Go deeper together.

Why These Tools Exist
This resource library is a love letter to every survivor, therapist, caregiver, clinician, responder, and community member who has ever held space for healing.
Over the past decade, I’ve worked alongside people navigating unimaginable tragedy—sometimes with clinical training, sometimes with lived experience, often with both. I’ve learned that healing doesn’t belong to one profession. It lives in the moments we feel seen, connected, and supported. It takes all of us to create those moments.
These tools were made for people doing the work. Whether you're a city official coordinating post-crisis care, a grassroots leader starting from scratch, or a team of clinicians navigating collective grief, these resources are rooted in compassion and built for impact.
You don’t need to be a therapist to offer care. But we honor the clinicians shaping this work. You don’t need all the answers. But you deserve tools that meet you where you are.
This isn’t a clinical library. It bridges systems and people, trauma and recovery, the overwhelming and the possible.
Use what’s helpful. Adapt what you need. Healing starts here.
