Joshua Garcia is a nationally recognized disaster recovery and trauma response consultant who has supported over 280 communities impacted by mass violence, terrorism, and natural disasters.

He is the founder of JG Co-Laboratory, where he helps organizations and survivor-led initiatives build trauma-informed systems for emotional recovery. Josh is also a founding member of the Survivors of Tragedy Outreach Program (STOP) and a national consultant and trainer for the Office for Victims of Crime (OVC TTAC). His work includes leading national healing initiatives, such as Stars of HOPE, advising the Disaster Distress Helpline, and helping communities reimagine their emotional infrastructure after tragedy.
